IDJ Financial investment in High Class Trade Center at Hanoi Plaza Hotel (03/20/2009)
On 05/01/2009, IDJ International Financial Investment and Enterprise Development Jsc. (IDJ Financial) concluded an exclusive lease agreement to establish, operate and run the trading Center at Hanoi Plaza Hotel, Tran Duy Hung, Cau Giay, Hanoi developed by Hanoi Plaza Hotel Co., Ltd, under the investment of Charm Vit Corporation, Korea.

Located on Tran Duy Hung Street, adjacent to the National Conference Center, Stadium My Dinh, just across from Big C, Hanoi Plaza Hotel is in the heart of the new administration, business, cultural and up-scale residential area of Hanoi.
With a total land area of 19.689m2, Hanoi Plaza Hotel Project is invested and developed by Charmvit Group, South Korea with a total investment up to USD 120 million. This is a Class A Office – Hi-end Shopping Center - 5 Star Hotel complex with two 27-storey blocks, one podium and 2 basements. The total floor area amounts to 150.000m2. The 27-storey hotel block provide 360 rooms of international standards, with European and Asian restaurants and other first class services. The office block includes 23 stories with total area 53.897m2.
Located on the first 5 stories (including the mezzanine) with a total floor area of nearly 20.000m2, Hanoi Plaza Shopping Mall is viewed to be one of the top interational standard shopping centres in Vietnam, by its integrity of all elements needed for a top shopping centre, including a golden location, convenient accessibility, international standard design and building quality, the connection to a 5-star hotel and a high rise class A office building, and especially the proximity of the biggest high income residential area in Hanoi.
At present, construction is underway (foundations completed, brick works up to level 10). The project is scheduled to come into operation in Q.1, 2010.
